Egg Balls / Omelet Balls
Egg Balls or  Omelet Balls made with eggs, bread, and onion and chilies. This is a super quick recipe and can be made just in 10 minutes. It is best served hot and serve with ketchup or mayonnaise or eaten plain without any compliment. Indian people love tea with snacks. This egg snack is lightly spiced. It is a perfect dish for occasions like parties, try out this quick and easy to make spicy omelet balls.

What are the ingredients for Omlete Balls?

Ingredients

  1. Eggs-2
  2. Onion-2 tbsp(chopped}
  3. Green chilly-2(chopped}
  4. Curry leaves-1 tbspchopped}
  5. Coriander leaves-1 tbspchopped}
  6. Chilly powder-1/2 tsp
  7. Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
  8. Garam masala-1/4 tsp
  9. Bread slices-6
  10. salt
  11. oil for frying

Preparation
  • In a bowl add eggs, onion, green chilly, curry leaves, coriander leaves, chilly powder, turmeric powder,garam masala, and salt mix well.
  • Add bread slices into it and make the dough. Make sure the dough should be thick don't be loos consistency,after dough preparation makes medium-sized balls.
  • Heat oil and fry the balls on medium to low flame.
  • Stir it to flip it over and fry until it turns golden brown.
  • Remove from heat and place it on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
