PISTA ICE CREAM WITHOUT CREAM

To make pista ice cream without cream with or without ice cream maker you will need milk, sugar, semolina etc....this is a too simple recipe, you can prepare good icecream without cream using semolina.
Homemade ice cream is so good and you can make it with just a few ingredients and no special equipment.

What are the ingredients for pista ice cream?

Ingredients

  • Milk-2 cup 
  • Sugar-1/2 Cup 
  • Semolina-2 1/2 tbsp 
  • Milk powder- 2 tbsp 
  • Pista milk mix- 4 drops 
  • Vanilla essence -1/2 tbsp 
  • Tutti fruity- For garnishing 
Preparation 

  • Boil 3/4 cup milk and sugar, mix well. Keep the flame on low.
  • Take a small bowl to add 1/4 milk+semolina and mix well.
  • Transfer to the semolina mix into the saucepan and combine well.
  • Stir well until the milk gets a thick consistency.
  • Switch off the flame, allow it to room temperature.
  • Transfer the mix into the blender , add pista milk mix, milk powder, and vanilla essence blend it. 
  • Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container. 
  • Freeze it for 1 hour.
  • After one hour take it from the freezer, and transfer it to a blender, whip for 2 minutes until it became very soft, and add chopped pista and mix well.
  • Then again transfer to freeze to set.
  • After 6-hour ice cream is ready to use.
  • Take it from the freezer and place it in the fridge 10 minutes before using it.
Method
