Here I am showing special mayo saucy chicken curry, it not only tastes delicious but is also very flavourful with soft, tender & succulent pieces of chicken. Months ago I happened to try this and just got hooked to it forever. made it time &again and have always been complemented by my folks, it never fails to find its way in weekend menu.No wonder this chicken curry turns to an absolute favorite for anyone.

How to make mayonnaise chicken curry?

What are the ingredients for mayonnaise chicken curry?

Ingredients
  1. Chicken -1/2 kg
  2. Oil-2 tbsp
  3. Ginger garlic and green chilly-3 tbsp {chopped}
  4. onion-2 {chopped}
  5. Yogurt-2 tbsp
  6. Pepper powder-3 tsp
  7. Tomato ketchup-1 tbsp
  8. Soya sauce-1 tbsp
  9. Mayonnaise-1/4 cup
  10. Water-1/2 glass
  11. Curry leaves
  12. Salt
Preparation
  • clean the chicken and soak it with curd and salt. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • Heat a Kadai with 2 tbsp oil.
  • Add ginger garlic and green chilly paste and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add onion and salt mix well.
  • Cover and cook until onions turn soft and mushy.
  • Then add chicken, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, and pepper powder along with water and mix well. Do not add too much water, chicken curry will become runny.
  • Cover and cook on a low flame for 5 to 10 minutes. When the chicken is cooked completely it will fall off the bone easily.
  • Switch off the flame.
  • After 5 minutes add mayonnaise and mix well. Do not add thick mayonnaise flowing consistency is better to add.
  • Finally garnish with coriander leaves, our special mayo chicken curry ready to serve.
Method
