Chicken Corn Shawarma | Shawarma

Shawarma is a dish in middle eastern cuisine consisting of meat, cut into thin slices, stacked in a cone-like shape, and roasted on a slowly-turning vertical rotisserie or spit.originally made of lamb or mutton and chicken. Shawarma is the most loved food dish at my home. Guys trust me this recipe is very easy and delicious too, this shawarma is Malabar version we can call it cone shawarma. Try out this yummy chicken shawarma recipe at home and be the star of your family. Am I right? of course .we all love to make such delicious food at home and wanna make our loves yummy.

How to make Cone shawarma?

What are the ingredients for Corn shawarma?

Ingredients

Mayonaise-2 tbsp
Bread slices-4
Oil -2 tbsp
Chicken-3/4 cup{cooked and shredded}
Pepper powder-1 tsp
Cabbage-1/2cup{grated}
Carrot-1/4 cup{chopped}
Tomato-1 
Coriander leaves-1 tbsp{chopped}
Lemon juice-1 tbsp
Salt

Preparation
  • Steam the bread slices for 5 minutes.
  • Allow it to cool.
  • In a frying pan with heat oil add shredded chicken and pepper powder. Stir and fry the chicken pieces over a high flame and later reduce the flame and toss until done.
  • Take a bowl add cabbage, carrot, tomato, coriander leaves, salt, pepper powder, lemon juice, and fried chicken combine well. Keep aside.
  • Roll the bread slices maximum thin and remove brown edges.
  • Now we assemble the shawarma, for that Take a bread and fold it corn shape as seen below image. Stick the sides with water.
  • Now you can see inside pocket, spread some mayonnaise and fill up with chicken veg mix over it, Sprinkle some mayonnaise over it.

SERVE With Milk teacoffee,or Black tea. ENJOY with tomato ketchup or garlic mayo.
